Uniten currently blocking the access to Facebook from Uniten internet wireless network. before this, it just blocking the access to the application but now entire website had been blocked.
so i search in the internet for a few solutions and not yet experiment it. but it is till worthwhile to try :)
There are a few services you can use in case you want to access Facebook from work:
1. access-any-website.com
This service is secured (using https) and uses multiple access urls in case one of the urls is not accessible. It very easy to use and runs all the cool Facebook features including Inbox, Chat, Slide Show etc...
2. www.punky.co.za
It provides two ways to access facebook if blocked. One is a reduced version of the site. It is great if you want to change your status or see other people's statuses. It also allows you to read your inbox and send messages. The other way is the other way is via a proxy. The proxy method can sometimes take a little longer to load facebook.
3. www.vtunnel.com
vtunnel acts as a search engine you usually have to search for facebook twice on it to get it to stay on the site!
failing that try putting an 'S' after http eg. https://vtunnel.com
.. this works for a few sites such as https://meebo.com
4. Use an Open Proxy Server
You could also try using any open proxy server. it will allow you to surf online anonymously. http://unblockprox.com or http://www.surfunblockinternet.com are not bad, they are pretty fast
But you really need to understand why your company or school has blocked it. Violation of the rules by bypassing the security and safety system can get you terminated from your job or expelled from school. Make sure you understand the consequences of your actions.
5. Using your email with Flexamail.com
Flexamail is a service that allows you to access Facebook, Twitter and other websites using your email. Once you have authorized Flexamail to work with Facebook, its simply a matter of sending an email to facebook@flexamail.com. So long as you can access your email you can access Facebook regardless to firewall settings.
6. Few more options:

http://www.allhowtoos.com/how-to-get-on-facebook-at-school.
I had this same problem at school all you have to do is type in: https://facebook.com
or https://www.facebook.com you can use with ever one works better
7. If all else fails:
Sometimes proxy sites get blacklisted because of their size and popularity. The site that I use is http://www.proxyheaven.cn It's not a .COM site and it's never been blocked from my networks. Hope this helps.
